Returns :
We only accept returns if you have received damaged items. If you received the damaged goods, please contact us in time( 1-3 days max from the date your package was delivered)
We do not accept returns and refunds in terms of wrong sizing, only exchanges for Canada and the USA and the buyer pays for the shipping label back, because the transportation time is relatively long. I hope you understand. Please always refer to the size chart or if you are not sure about the size please contact us throught the chat icon in the right corner/email. Chat is available from 11 AM to 10 PM every weekday.
