Cancellation (Cancellation of Orders)
Orders cannot be cancelled in principle, since the order is automatically placed after the order is placed. Orders containing items marked "(pre-sale)" cannot be cancelled for any reason. Please refer to delivery times to avoid any misunderstanding.
Delivery times for pre-order items :
Dear, our pre-order items are estimated to arrive in 10-15 business days, however, this cannot be guaranteed. We advise customers to contact us first to confirm if their piece will arrive in the desired timeframe. For some highly complex manufacturing processes, delivery could take up to 30 days. If you do not have the opportunity to order in advance but you're sure you will get the piece once it's restocked, you can subscribe to back-in-stock alerts (tap on the pre-order button and follow steps).
Shipping information
The order will be shipped within 1-3 days after receipt of payment if you purchase in-stock items.
If there is a time requirement, it is recommended to select express and leave the phone number so that the logistics provider can send it normally.
We ship worldwide and we provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $150 in most countries.
